Collegiate Chapter Application

Steps for Establishing an MTNA-affiliated Collegiate Chapter

• Get a faculty member to serve as an advisor/sponsor (contact information is need for application)
• Hold a group meeting and record minutes (upload Word or PDF document)
• Appoint a minimum of three officers
• Appoint a committee to draft Bylaws (upload Word or PDF document)
• Provide a list of current MTNA members who will join new chapter (upload Word or PDF document)
• Distribute MTNA brochures and applications to individuals who are not currently MTNA members. Send completed applications and dues payments to MTNA. If the chapter chooses to charge dues, those dues should not be sent to MTNA with state and national dues.
