Main Line MTA Celebrates 40 Years

February 6, 2015

In September 2014, the Main Line Music Teachers Association, a local affilate of MTNA and the Pennsylvania MTA, celebrated their 40th anniversary in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with members and guests honoring the association and its leaders by taking a look back at their past with a slide show, sharing memories and giving testimonials. The president of MLMTA is Beth Peazzoni. MLMTA was founded in 1974 with a handful of piano teachers gathered at the home of first president and long-time member Marguerite Pond.

Last month, Pennsylvania Senator Andy Dinniman visited Main Line MTA and presented the organization with a Citation honoring their 40th anniversary.
