Registration for the event will be $150 U.S.
Advanced registration is now available online or via PDF. Onsite registration will be available at Artist Services Facility, located at 689 Fifth Avenue, in the historic Aeolian Building, New York, New York during the Symposium.
Refunds Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to MTNA and postmarked, faxed or e-mailed no later than June 10, 2012. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Travel Information Attendees are responsible for their own travel.
