Collegiate Chapter Session Proposals
Only collegiate chapter members may submit a
proposal(s).
Required Submission Materials:

Maximum 100-word abstract for a 60- or 20-minute session. (A preference may be stated, but the selection committee will determine the session length.)

Thirty-five word maximum session description.

Contact information for one person.
-
Names/degree status of presenters.
-
Faculty advisor name.
-
Equipment needs.
-
Group photo of presenters (color preferred).

Session title.
Deadline: 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time October 3, 2018

Submissions are made online using the form below.

Materials will be submitted as uploads.

Submission contact will be notified of the selection committee’s decisions in November 2018 via email (only 1 contact per submission).

Submissions should not be commercial in nature.
