Collegiate Chapter Session Proposals



Only collegiate chapter members may submit a proposal(s).

Required Submission Materials:

  • Maximum 100-word abstract for a 60- or 20-minute session. (A preference may be stated, but the selection committee will determine the session length.)
  • Thirty-five word maximum session description.
  • Contact information for one person.
  • Names/degree status of presenters.
  • Faculty advisor name.
  • Equipment needs.
  • Group photo of presenters (color preferred).
  • Session title.

Deadline: 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time October 3, 2018

  • Submissions are made online using the form below.
  • Materials will be submitted as uploads.
  • Submission contact will be notified of the selection committee’s decisions in November 2018 via email (only 1 contact per submission).
  • Submissions should not be commercial in nature.
