Michelle Conda is professor of piano and coordinator of secondary piano and piano pedagogy at the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music, co-founder of the National Group Piano/Piano Pedagogy forum and an associate editor for Clavier Companion magazine.

Courtney Crappell, NCTM, is assistant professor of piano pedagogy at the University of Houston, where he teaches piano, piano pedagogy, and coordinates the class piano program. He holds a DMA degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Barbara Fast, NCTM, is professor of piano pedagogy and keyboard department chair at the University of Oklahoma, where she coordinates the group piano program and teaches graduate and undergraduate piano pedagogy. She is co-founder of the National GP3 Forum.
Andrea McAlister, NCTM, is assistant professor of piano pedagogy at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. She has presented at the World Piano Pedagogy Conference and the International Conference on Sociology of Music Education.
Tom Pearsall, NCTM, is professor of group piano and pedagogy at Georgia Southern University. A past president of GMTA, he serves on the GP3 executive committee.
Lisa Zdechlik is associate professor of piano pedagogy and coordinator of group piano at the University of Arizona. Her research involves the interaction between music analysis and performance and the applications of current technologies to music learning.
MTNA President Martha Hilley, NCTM, professor emerita of group piano and pedagogy at the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas at Austin, also served for five years as associate director of the School of Music as well as director of Undergraduate Studies, a position she assumed again in fall of 2013.
Gary Ingle (ex officio) is MTNA executive director & CEO. A former college professor, administrator and conductor, Ingle holds a DMA degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in music at Samford University.
