MTNA has a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North, 3600 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, at the rate of $137.00 night for single/double. The Symposium rate is available only until December 23, 2023, or the conference block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Ground Transportation
All major ride-share platforms (Uber, Lyft and taxis) are available for travel from the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) to/from campus.
Parking
All symposium events, except for the Sunday evening dinner, will be held in the E.V. Moore building. The Sunday dinner will be held at Fireside Café in the Pierpont Commons. There are 91 visitor spots for parking in front of the music building. Weekends (Friday after 5:00 p.m.–Sunday night) have no enforcement. Enforcement is Monday–Friday until 5:00 p.m. The fee is $2.20/hour during enforcement hours.
