The Annual Meeting of the MTNA Membership was scheduled to take place at the MTNA National Conference in Chicago on March 24, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. (central time). The meeting could not be held as a result of the cancellation of the conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The MTNA Bylaws prescribes that "The annual business meeting of the Association for the presentation of reports and discussion of association affairs will be held during the annual conference." (Article III, Section 2a.) The cancellation of the annual conference effectively cancels the Annual Meeting.
Ohio law does not require not-for-profit associations to have an annual meeting. However, in the spirit of the Bylaws and the desire for transparency, the MTNA Board of Directors determined that an "Annual Meeting" will be included as a part of the Virtual Conference.
There was no business to be considered on the agenda for the meeting at the Chicago Conference, only reports of the President, Secretary-Treasurer, Executive Director & CEO, and the Teller. These reports may be accessed by clicking the appropriate link below.

The next Annual Meeting is scheduled during the 2021 MTNA National Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.
