2022 MTNA National Conference Health and Safety Policy

The health and safety of all in-person conference attendees are our highest priorities. Extraordinary care will be taken by MTNA, the hotel and the convention center to provide a healthy and safe environment.

With health and safety paramount, MTNA has made it possible for every member to attend the 2022 MTNA National Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with confidence. Attendees may submit either proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR test or Rapid-Antigen test taken within three days of conference check-in. Fully vaccinated means at least 14 days have passed since having received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or a single-dose of the Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine.

To ensure your privacy in submitting either of these required documents, MTNA has contracted with ShareMyHealth, a leading company in validating and securing health data and protecting your privacy. In-person attendees will be emailed details on uploading proof of vaccination or negative test results in advance of the conference using this platform.

Conference attendees will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to receiving their registration materials and being granted access to the conference. All applicable Federal, State, and local health and safety laws and directives, as well as any guidelines of MTNA, the conference hotel and convention center in effect at the time of the conference must be observed.

CDC Guidelines and state and local regulations for large events are regularly changing. MTNA continues to monitor health and safety guidelines and reserves the right to modify its COVID-19 policy as new information is made available. In-person registrants will be apprised of current health and safety requirements and will be promptly notified whenever revisions are made.
