If you registered online, you may sign in to your account and add the item if it is before the online registration deadline. You may also call the MTNA office at (513) 421-1420. |
Can I take my friend, spouse, or child to a session if they are not registered for the conference? posted on Oct 20, 2025 |
The only events open to the public are competitions, winners concerts, and the Exhibit Hall. Individuals must be registered for the conference to attend a session. |
Can I attend Pedagogy Friday without registering for the conference? posted on Oct 20, 2025 |
No. Attendees who want to attend the Pedagogy Friday pre-conference workshops must register for a minimum of one day of the conference AND pay the additional fee for Pedagogy Friday. |
There are several Pedagogy Friday tracks available. Do I have to select one track? posted on Oct 20, 2025 |
Registered Pedagogy Friday attendees may attend any session within any track without an additional charge. You do not need to inform MTNA which tracks/sessions you’re attending. |

Refund requests must be submitted no later than February 18, 2027, using the online request form. A $125 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Collegiate registration cancellations will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the event. |

No, you will pick up your registration materials when you check in at the Conference registration desk in the hotel. |

During conference registration hours you may come to the Conference registration desk in the hotel. Signs will direct you to the registration area, where you can pick up your packet of registration materials. |

After you pick up your conference registration materials, take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the program book; it contains many things you will need throughout the conference such as maps, daily schedule, presenter bios, exhibitors, and more. The Conference Daily News, emailed to you each morning, will keep you updated with schedule changes, important news, and special events happening each day. Every morning, check your inbox for the Conference Daily News to announce any schedule changes or breaking information. There will also be a QR code at Registration to access that day’s Daily News. |

St. Louis Lambert International Airport is the primary hub, located approx. 14 miles northwest of the conference hotel. |

The St. Louis Gateway Transportation Station offers Amtrak, light rail, and bus services. MetroLink is the greater St. Louis light rail system. Ground transportation options, including rideshares and taxis, can be found on the St. Louis Airport website. The conference hotel does not offer shuttle service. |

The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch offers both valet and self-parking. There is also the Kiener East Garage two blocks away. |

If you register online, you will automatically get a receipt upon completion. If you register over the phone or by mail, we will email you a receipt when we process your registration. |
