Photography/Video Statement

Registration for, attendance at or participation in the 2022 Virtual MTNA Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit Music Teachers National Association to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and/or audiotapes of such events and activities.

2022 Cancellation Policy

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, MTNA has relaxed the restrictions on its conference cancellation policy. For the 2022 conference, you may cancel your registration through March 25, 2022, and receive a full refund without any penalties. You also have the option to convert your in-person registration to a virtual registration and have the difference refunded to you. Requests for a refund or to convert to the virtual experience must be submitted using the online request form. No refund will be issued until after March 29, 2022.
