Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be submitted no later than February 18, 2027, using the online request form. A $125 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Collegiate registration cancellations will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the event.
Event Policies
MTNA strives to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. By registering for the MTNA National Conference, attendees agree to follow all MTNA Event Policies.
National Conference Need-Based Grants
MTNA is committed to making its national programs as accessible as possible to all music teachers and students. To that end, and in celebration of the association’s 150th anniversary, the MTNA Board of Directors has allocated $15,000 to provide $500 grants to active member teachers who are first-time conference attendees and who demonstrate financial need to attend the MTNA National Conference.
