Making Music Through Life’s Transitions: The Psychological and Physiological Challenges

These sessions will bring together an outstanding group of musicians and medical specialists with a broad range of expertise in psychology, physical therapy, hearing preservation, injury prevention and recovery. Special focus will be on the physical and emotional changes that can naturally occur throughout life and can involve career changes, aging, illness or unexpected events that impact music making. Navigating what to know, these sessions will also provide resources for where to seek help.
