2026 Conference Poster Session Proposals

Only one submission per person will be accepted.

Required Submission Materials:

• Maximum 250-word abstract/description proposal telling what the poster will represent.
• A electronic graphic representation of the poster (multiple PowerPoint slides are not acceptable).
• Poster title.

Deadline: 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, October 1, 2025

• Submissions are made online using the form below
• Materials will be submitted as uploads.
• Submission contact will be notified of the selection committee’s decisions in December 2025 via email (only 1 contact per submission).
• Submissions should not be commercial in nature.
