The International Alliance for Women in Music (IAWM) fosters and encourages the activities of women in music. The IAWM is the world’s leading organization devoted to the equity, promotion, and advocacy of all women in music across time, cultures, and genres. A diversity of ideas, approaches, disciplines, and musical styles are essential to inclusion and equity, and contribute to greater understanding, knowledge, and creativity.

 

The NAMM Foundation advances active participation in music making across the lifespan by supporting scientific research, philanthropic giving and public service programs. A supporting organization of NAMM, the NAMM Foundation is funded by NAMM Members through trade association activities and private donations.

The Percussive Arts Society is a music service organization promoting percussion education, research, performance and appreciation throughout the world.

The Performing Arts Medicine Association, founded in 1989, is an organization comprised of dedicated medical professionals, artists educators, and administrators with the common goal of improving the health care of the performing artist. Members of PAMA are professionals in fields that include research, education, and clinical practice.

The Retail Print Music Dealers Association is a professional trade organization founded over twenty years ago to address the special needs and interests of the dynamic print music industry.

RPMDA is an exciting forum for exchanging ideas and building bridges within the print music industry. It provides the opportunity for dealers and publishers to meet in a non-commercial setting to discuss the present and plan for the future.

Called the "WoodSongs Classroom Project," the lesson-plan based projects, based on the national public television broadcast of the WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour(the show has a radio audience with over a million listeners each week on 500 public radio stations and PBS-TV coast-to-coast), is being made free of charge.

YoungArts

The mission of YoungArts, a program of the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, is to identify emerging artists and assist them at critical junctures in their educational and professional development, and to raise the appreciation for, and support of, the arts in American Society.
